Our Maintenance man takes care of any issues I have right away. I have no problems. Heâs easy to talk to and is very helpful.

Love my new faucet. After it's installation Dylan was able to come in an fix a recurring problem I had been having with the whole sink.

I had an incredibly troubling experience dealing with Vintage Park during a medical emergency and the passing of my father. Management was formally notified that the tenant had been hospitalized and incapacitated, yet next of kin were repeatedly denied access to the apartment while trying to handle urgent matters. Most disturbing, we were not even allowed access to retrieve his cat for five days, leaving the animal without food or water during that time. Instead of showing basic compassion and cooperation during an extremely difficult situation, management created unnecessary obstacles and stress. The entire experience demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and basic human decency. On top of everything they even charged my dead father rent and kept his deposit after telling me they wouldn't do so. Disgraceful!
