So far so good now let the moving proceed! Didn't have maintenance issue not sure why I got this notification. I know they had to make me a new pool gate key but I haven't moved in yet? Found the issue and it will be fixed.

I lived here for the 12 years however the ladt two years were horrible too much wrong to write. I feel sorry for those seniors who havenât already moved out that have been left behind. New management then new owners. Iâm so happy that I moved, I now have wonderful neighbors, incredible caring landlord. Now Iâm wondering after 58 days when I will get my deposit back law says 21 days. Iâve called the office left messages several times no response. Small claims here I come.

Niki Rodgers is an excellent manager. Extremely patient and thorough. Helped me through the paperwork for Re-application.. very knowledgeable People are friendly Facilities extremely clean . Close to shopping buses, downtown everything. What a blessing this place is for us and many others.. Thank you so much ,Lance South
