I really enjoy living here. Lots of good friendly people. Swimming pool, games in the rec room, and a weekly food bank for the tenants. When I need repair done, it is taken care of right away. I hope I don't have to move for a very long time.

I requested to have my air ducts cleaned and a new refrigerator, since mine had a motor fan going out on it and Kim, the manager, scheduled both and I’m very happy with the service. Thank you Kim and Vintage Park.

Lived here for almost two years while awaiting an apartment availability in my old home town. Vintage Park facilities were just to my liking. Staff was friendly and patient. Most residents were also friendly and cordial.

we should have a sign up list of all who has received the covid-19 vaccination so we can better judge the opening of the pool and community room for this coming summer, I'm sure everyone would be glad to oblige.

Our manager Kimberly has been doing a great job throughout the problems caused by the fires and the pandemic added...She has been on her own temporarily while waiting for a replacement for second office assistant...In the midst of this she takes time to solve any problems that occur constantly as manager of this facility that I happily have called home for ten years and counting.....Come on in you will be glad you made the move! Welcome......

We feel very good about living here at Vintage Park. The apartments are well maintained inside and out with very competent but friendly staff. Kimberly and Oscar are such an asset and clearly the reason this complex is such an enjoyable experience. Everyone enjoys the sparkling pool and the clubhouse is always busy with programs, a convenient weekly food bank and themed parties. Any senior looking for a safe, clean and friendly environment, look no further.
